Federal Court Temporarily Halts Corporate Transparency Act

DECEMBER 3, 2024 UPDATE ON CORPORATE TRANSPARENCY ACT

What This Means for Your Business

  2. Uncertain Future: The Department of Justice is expected to appeal this decision. If a higher court reverses the injunction, compliance requirements could be reinstated quickly, leaving businesses with tight deadlines.
